Recycle Week 2021
This week is Recycle Week, Recycle Now’s flagship annual event, which unites retailers, brands, waste management companies, trade associations, governments and the media with one common goal; to encourage the public to recycle more.
In celebration of this annual event, we wanted to share a throwback to some of the innovative recycling ideas produced here at Indepth. Claire Sherlock, our UK Hub Supervisor, had been creative and green fingered with a 5-litre plastic container. She managed to turn it into a hanging basket for her garden!
By reusing plastic raw materials and fashioning them into other products, we can effectively reduce the volume of plastic in landfills, in a bid to help save the environment.
We think this is a great idea and something that not only helps the environment, but it also saves money too!
So, why not use this week as an opportunity to see how you and/or your organisation can make a more concerted effort to recycle.
